1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Synrfy ("Company", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Synrfy provides process-led automation services for the hospitality industry, including:

  • Process Audit consultations
  • Proof of Concept development
  • System integration and automation solutions
  • Ongoing support and maintenance

3. The 1-Week Guarantee

Our Proof of Concept guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

  • The guarantee applies to one mutually agreed operational process
  • Delivery timeline excludes dependencies on third-party certifications
  • Manual-only exports and legacy systems may affect scope
  • The setup fee waiver applies only if we fail to deliver the agreed PoC

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful delivery of our services, clients agree to:

  • Provide timely access to relevant systems and data
  • Designate a point of contact for project communication
  • Provide accurate information about operational processes
  • Review and provide feedback within agreed timeframes

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property developed specifically for a client becomes the client's property upon full payment. Generic tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain the property of Synrfy.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client data and business information as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required to deliver our services or as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synrfy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
